Many of NET's principals and management have worked with large-scale, Fortune 100 brands. Citigroup is one of those companies. In this campaign, members of NET management were tasked with attracting and recruiting bilingual Spanish-English candidates to Citigroup. Working within Citi’s established brand guidelines and collaborating with two other national marketing agencies for Citi, they created a unique campaigned that harnessed the power of the Web. Keyword research and scoring reports kicked off the first phase of the plan, then microsites were created that targeted the Hispanic population. These were paired with a strong SEM/Pay-Per-Click and E-mail Marketing Campaign in both English and Spanish. Social Media Marketing was enacted to engage the audience and allow them to share opportunities at Citi with friends and family. The effort was a huge success, most notably in the Dallas market, where recruiters saw an immediate 1,000 percent increase in job applicants upon release of the online campaign.
